Twinlab Food Supplements Melatonin 3 mg. Caps 60 ct.Desc: Twinlab Melatonin Caps are easier to swallow than hard tablets and dissolve faster to assure maximum absorption. They are free of common allergens such as yeast, corn, soy, milk and egg products. No added sugars, salt (sodium), presevatives or tablet binders and coatings.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule before bedtime as needed or as recommended by a health care professional. Do not exceed one capsule in any 24 hour period.
Store in a cool, dry place with lid tightly closed.
