Payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover are accepted online. We do NOT charge your card until your order has been processed and shipped.

Canceling Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. If you need to make a change please email us ASAP and we will do our best to meet your request. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. If you have already completed the checkout process, and no longer need the item you ordered, please view our Return Policy.

Order Processing & Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 1-5 Business Days. Back orders can occur when the demand for certain items may overwhelm the suppliers or manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. Standard Shipping is FREE within the Continental US for all orders over $70.00.

Standard Shipping is via FedEx Ground DHL@Home or the US Postal Service depending on the weight of the shipment. The estimated transit time for your order is 3-8 Business Days depending on your location. PO Box addresses are OK for Standard Shipping.

Priority Shipping is Via DHL@Home or FedEx depending on the weight and/or destination of your order. The estimated transit time for Priority Shipments is 2-4 business days. PO Box addresses are OK for Priority Shipping. Priority Shipments are processed before Standard Shipments.

Express Shipping: We offer FedEx 3 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $10.95 on all orders. We also offer the following FedEx Express Services as well.

Please note that Hazardous item cannot ship via any Express Shipping method. Please see below for more info on Hazardous Items.

Express Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). For example, a 2nd Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday and an Overnight order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Please note that the standard processing time will apply before your order ships. Express Shipments are processed before Standard and Priority Shipments. PO Box addresses can't be shipped via and Express Shipping Method.

Lost or Damaged Shipments, Order Errors In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged we will reship the lost or damaged item(s)at no additional cost to you. Please email our Customer Service Department ASAP if you discover your shipment is lost or damaged. We will handle the claim process with this carrier and reship the item(s) to you.
We run a state of the art scan packing system utilizing the manufacturers UPC codes to ensure accuracy of orders shipped. However if an error occurs we will be happy to reship the correct item at no charge to you. Please contact our Customer Service Department at the email address above.

Alaska & Hawaii: Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via the US Postal Service, and can ship via our Priority Shipping service however there is an additional shipping charges for these states. The rates for shipping to AK & HI vary depending on the weight of your shipment. 2nd Day Air and Overnight Delivery are available. The rates for all services are available at checkout.

Puerto Rico: Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Transit time is 3-6 business days (not guaranteed by USPS). Please select "Priority Shipping" at checkout. The shipping rates are available at checkout. Risk of loss or damage on PR will be the responsibility of the customer as the US Postal Service will not guarantee these shipments.

Overseas Military(APO/FPO): APO/FPO Shipments are sent via US Postal Service. The fee is based on the weight of the shipment. Please select our Priority Shipping option for these shipments. Risk of loss or damage on Military Mail will be the responsibility of the customer as the US Postal Service will not guarantee these shipments.

Hazardous Materials The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) restricts air shipments of certain hazardous material items. Aerosol products in pressurized containers (such as hairspray) and products containing flammable or corrosive chemicals (such as nail polish and nail polish remover) have this restricted status. Standard (Ground) shipping is required for all such items. If you have chosen Express Shipping you will NOT be charged Express Shipping Rates for orders with these items.

Gift Wrapping: We are pleased to offer gift wrapping to you for an additional flat rate of $3.75. Please note the occasion you would like this wrapped for on your order. We also provide a personalized message with the gift wrapping.

Returns:

DUE TO HEALTH CODE REGULATIONS NAIL POLISHES AND ALL BRUSHES (HAIR, SKIN, NAIL) CANNOT BE RETURNED.

All other purchased items that are unused and unopened may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund (less the original shipping costs and 12% restocking fee)(20% restocking fee on all vitamins & supplements). To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We cannot accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. The shipping for items being returned should be paid by the customer. No returns will be accepted without our prior written approval. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number prior to shipping your return item(s) out. Please allow up to 15 days after we receive the items to process your credit. Refused shipments may take additional time to process.

Please email us for the returns address as these are sent to an offsite returns processor.

FHI Irons have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. These irons may be returned for a refund less the shipping cost (usually $5.00 to $7.00). There is no restocking fee for the FHI 30 Day Program.

Farouk CHI Irons & Dryers have a 1 Year Warranty, there is no need to have a copy of the original receipt, we will just need to be able to lookup your order to gather the required information. Please email us to receive an RA number and the return address prior to shipping the item. In the email include your order number or email address used when placing the order or your last name and shipping zip code, this will aid in locating your order. With the iron enclose a check or money order for $15.00 to cover shipping and handling of the replacement iron. Depending on manufacturer availability replacements are usually received within 3-8 weeks.
